Extras

On top of our excellent fitness facilities, our gym also provides two additional services.

Fingers and Thumbs specialises in sports massage therapy, offering treatments for people recovering from injury, or being part of a long term training programme. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite athlete, an average club player or a fitness enthusiast, you will receive the highest standard treatment from a highly qualified therapist.

We can also introduce Independent Dental Hygiene Ltd, which is the region’s first dental hygiene referral practice. IDH offer a range of dental services; to find out more please click here.

Vitalize Fitness is a friendly family run gymnasium that offers a host of facilities that are suitable for people with different capabilities.

Whether you are the athletic sporty type or someone who is looking to get back into shape, we have a wide ranging programme of classes in our timetable which will fulfil your needs.

Our facilities include an extensive free weights gym, a dedicated cardio-vascular room, as well as separate male and female saunas and we also have boxing equipment.

Vitalize will also provide expert free instruction from both male & female members of staff, who will always be on hand to offer you the right fitness advice and help you through your very own personal training regime.
